Job Description

You will be responsible for dealing with all enquiries, diary management, organization & arrangements for meetings, training, catering and room bookings as well as maintaining appropriate records and filing systems. It is expected that you will also help maintain the group website, assist with the administration of the group’s facilities, take minutes at meetings and support the Project Manager.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You should possess experience of managing administrative processes, a good understanding of administrative procedures and the ability to organize a varied workload and to work to deadlines. The ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a positive and pro-active manner is desirable together with strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of using financial information systems (e.g. Oracle Financials) is desirable together with experience managing websites.
