Job Description

Providing administrational support to the claims teams with a view to progress.

  • Opening and then dealing with claims using our bespoke case management system;
  • Conducting initial enquiries;
  • Sending letters of claim and telephone/correspondence negotiation with third parties and third party insurers to achieve settlement in the quickest possible time;
