Providing administrational support to the claims teams with a view to progress.
- Opening and then dealing with claims using our bespoke case management system;
- Conducting initial enquiries;
- Sending letters of claim and telephone/correspondence negotiation with third parties and third party insurers to achieve settlement in the quickest possible time;
