Recruitment and onboarding with weekly meetings with managers and Head Office
Monthly reporting to client and company
Ensuring the contract meetings are in the diary for the year
Inductions of office staff
DBS control plus 3 yearly renewals
Trading reviews to be reviewed by all who input - send reminders
Liaising with the regional HR advisor as applicable
Monthly HR report
General administrative support including compilation of letters, booking of meetings, compilation of and minute taking and general office duties
Archiving
Order any IT equipment needed
To keep track and record all annual leave
Event organizing (manager meeting to seasonal events)
Photo ID’s for all staff
Franking/Post
To operate within and maintain the standards of service and security required at the contract.
Maintain an efficient support service to the COM , Hard Services Manager and operational teams completing all administrative tasks to deadline and to the prescribed standards
Any other duty as reasonably expected by the company
