Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong IT capability in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint, etc with the ability to be able to assist and utilize MI data to provide relevant reports as requested by the cohort.
Experience of management of multiple diaries and workshop/webinar planning along with general administration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, appropriate to all levels and ability to greet visitors to the location in a professional manner.
