Job Description

You will have a wide range of duties where you will be able to really get involved in all aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment, with excellent ability to develop the role further.
Duties include:

  • Supporting the Director with diary scheduling, inbox management, ensuring the smooth running of business activities
  • Taking dictated emails over the phone, discussing key action points
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met, updating the Director with issues, liaising with the wider team
  • Document production, proof-reading contracts, ensuring business compliance and memberships are up to date
  • Liaising with engineers, project managers, third parties, suppliers as well as team members on a daily basis
  • Assisting with marketing, events and social media for the business and uploading content
  • Assisting the Office Manager with HR duties, including recruiting and liaising with agencies
  • General office administration, including welcoming guests to the office

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A background in office administration or office management, with excellent IT skills; “tech savvy” and commercially astute
  • Ability to organize others, with first-class organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, accurate with high attention to detail
  • Proactive and enjoys being involved, flexibility, with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a small team/office environment, this is an incredibly hands-on role
