Job Description
You will have a wide range of duties where you will be able to really get involved in all aspects of the business in a fast-paced environment, with excellent ability to develop the role further.
Duties include:
- Supporting the Director with diary scheduling, inbox management, ensuring the smooth running of business activities
- Taking dictated emails over the phone, discussing key action points
- Ensuring project deadlines are met, updating the Director with issues, liaising with the wider team
- Document production, proof-reading contracts, ensuring business compliance and memberships are up to date
- Liaising with engineers, project managers, third parties, suppliers as well as team members on a daily basis
- Assisting with marketing, events and social media for the business and uploading content
- Assisting the Office Manager with HR duties, including recruiting and liaising with agencies
- General office administration, including welcoming guests to the office
