Job Description
The role required administrative or projects experience.
- Complete reports on Learning and Development Research carried out and present findings both in writing and orally
- In conjunction with the Head of Business Administration write a draft Learning & Development Policy.
- Gather feedback on the draft policy and refine the policy accordingly
- Recruitment – research how other institutions attract a broader demographic and report with recommendations
- Recruitment – research the optimal way to recruit graduate apprentices with a particular view to employing engineers and other technical staff
- Work with the University Apprentice Manager to establish how we can better ‘sell’ the benefits of ‘apprenticeships’ to existing staff
- Liaise with other University Departments to gather information on their recruitment processes
