Job Description

The role required administrative or projects experience.

  • Complete reports on Learning and Development Research carried out and present findings both in writing and orally 
  • In conjunction with the Head of Business Administration write a draft Learning & Development Policy.
  • Gather feedback on the draft policy and refine the policy accordingly 
  • Recruitment – research how other institutions attract a broader demographic and report with recommendations
  • Recruitment – research the optimal way to recruit graduate apprentices with a particular view to employing engineers and other technical staff 
  • Work with the University Apprentice Manager to establish how we can better ‘sell’ the benefits of ‘apprenticeships’ to existing staff
  • Liaise with other University Departments to gather information on their recruitment processes
