THE ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

• To reflect actions in own area of control via weekly accounting records, e.g. product reconciliation / sales reconciliation, inventory reconciliations, valuation of production and sales.
• Assist in the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
• Overall responsibility of day to day running of accounts departments
• Assisting to prepare for external auditors and assist in providing all required information.
• Bank Reconciliation and management of working capital
• Petty Cash Management
• Debtor & Creditor Management.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You will need to have a background in a similar finance role combined with any relevant financial qualifications. AAT etc Experience within the food industry would certainly be desirable but is by no means essential.
