Job Description

You will pride yourself on the customer experience by taking your customers through their journey from initial mortgage application stage to the completion of their property purchase or re-mortgage. You will thrive within a fast paced, pressurized environment whilst keeping the customer at the heart of what you do. 

What you will be doing?

  • Proactively progressing individual cases from mortgage application through to completion.
  • Problem solving when required to move purchases and re-mortgages along.
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with customers and Mortgage Advisers.
  • Working to deadlines to ensure customers achieve their dream move.
  • Prioritizing and organizing your workload to ensure the best outcome is achieved.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Property or mortgage experience preferred, but not essential.
  • Being Driven and Self Motivated.
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to demonstrate a confident telephone manner.
