Job Description
  • Processing various aspects of documentation, primarily order loading onto our internal computer systems and general office filing.
  • Preparing and storing manufacturing instructions for use in our factory.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls to the correct department/person.
  • Handling incoming calls and processing orders over the phone.
  • Respond to and monitor customer queries.
  • General admin.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Confident personality.
  • A good level of IT, Math, and Literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Providing accurate and timely outputs.
  • Candidates should be flexible and cross-functional across a wide variety of tasks and therefore good organizational skills are needed.
  • Previous Customer Service/Administrative experience is desirable but is not essential.
