Management and coordination of Annual budget and re-forecast
Management of strategic plan (2 year & 4 year)
Ensuring a smooth process that delivers realistic and challenging performance targets
Provide analysis and actionable insight on the key drivers of performance, and drive actions

Control and drive focus projects agenda
Clear insight into the landed cost picture of products, and drive actions.
Highlight risks and opportunities
Assist the business in the evaluation of new opportunities and business change. And measuring success in the short, medium and long term.
