  • Taking and directing incoming calls and mail
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Tracking job planning and ensure workflow system up to date
  • Maintaining client data
  • Raising invoices and managing credit control
  • Companies House filing for clients and managing filing deadlines
  • Assisting with office duties
  • Coordinating office health and safety

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Confident and organized with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and spoken English, and a polite phone/email manner as well as some numeracy skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Drives with own car and willing to work from the West Oxon office once a week.
  • Office administration experience (finance industry experience desirable)
