Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for successful candidates, so enthusiasm, a friendly and helpful approach will be the key to your success. You will be part of a busy and supportive team, facilitating recruitment for general staffing, bank staff and honorary contracts. You will have an outstanding track record in administration and customer service, providing you with the skills to conduct face-to-face candidate appointments, pre-employment checks and recruitment administration, to ensure each candidate and recruitment manager has a positive experience.

You will have the opportunity to learn from your Recruitment and the winder HR colleagues and will be encouraged to rise to all challenges and opportunities available to you. You don't necessarily need to have worked in recruitment before, but you do need to have an understanding of the legislation and policies that govern recruitment to ensure the organization recruits safely and fairly with transparent processes.
