Job Description

This is a hybrid working role with flexible working. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Quarterly P&L broker analysis showing profitability per dept, per location.
  • VAT returns
  • Looking after small Madrid office and liasing with Spanish accountant (sending journals across every month) and checking of P&L and Balance Sheet that has been prepared.
  • Bank Reconciliations - large volume of transactions including large dealing account
  • Monthly Interoffice reconciliations - different currencies
  • Assisting with Annual audit of Limited companies
  • Company secretarial duties using Companies House
  • Internal audit of section codes.
  • Credit Control

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Actively studying ACCA/CIMA
