Job Description
  • Providing a first point of contact for IT
  • Resolving issues from pubs and head office
  • Updating and maintaining data in the epos database
  • Coordinating requests for new and replacement hardware
  • Configuring promotional launches on epos systems (tills; app; QR code)
  • Supporting IT and business projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Have experience of working in a pub environment, ideally in a management position
  • Have written and verbal communications skills
  • Have attention to detail
  • Have a good organizational and administrative ability
  • Be PC literate
