Job Description

The role will report to the MD of this emerging business and in the early months you will work closely with an External Accountant.

As the sole internal Finance Assistant you will support the business across a range of Finance functions including;

• Assist with preparation of Annual and Monthly Budget - also to review / report and comment on Variance Analysis
• Management of Cash Flow - Daily / Weekly and Monthly Reporting
• Management of Payments to Suppliers
• Strong and proactive control of Aged Debt and Credit Control
• Management of Payroll - working with an external Bureau
• Preparation of a range of Reconciliations including Bank Recs / Sales and Purchase Ledger for Month End
• Ad hoc duties as required by the business
