Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile / distribute reports to the sales branch network.
- Provide robust guidance and support to the SSA's regarding data for their branch.
- Identify 'bad' business and challenge the branches to ensure they rectify poor process and behaviours and escalate to the sales management team if no change is seen.
- Where appropriate, discuss concerns direct with sales representatives, logging discussions and escalating to the sales management team when performance / behaviour does not change.
- Provide the branch network with a support service on all day to day operational issues including (but not limited to):
- Commissions & incentive queries
- IT issues
- Sales queries
- Links to other support functions across the business where appropriate
- Contribute suggestions for process improvements and other changes that will improve overall sales efficiency.
- Undertake outbound calls to customers to obtain feedback on sales visits and enable analysis on rep performance / behaviour.
- Undertake outbound calls to customers to arrange technical survey appointments.
