Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compile / distribute reports to the sales branch network.
  2. Provide robust guidance and support to the SSA's regarding data for their branch.
  3. Identify 'bad' business and challenge the branches to ensure they rectify poor process and behaviours and escalate to the sales management team if no change is seen.
  4. Where appropriate, discuss concerns direct with sales representatives, logging discussions and escalating to the sales management team when performance / behaviour does not change.
  5. Provide the branch network with a support service on all day to day operational issues including (but not limited to):
    1. Commissions & incentive queries
    2. IT issues
    3. Sales queries
    4. Links to other support functions across the business where appropriate
  6. Contribute suggestions for process improvements and other changes that will improve overall sales efficiency.
  7. Undertake outbound calls to customers to obtain feedback on sales visits and enable analysis on rep performance / behaviour.
