Job Description

We are seeking a competent, flexible, experienced reception administrator with strong organizational skills. They must have sound knowledge of Microsoft packages and will be expected to establish good working relationships with colleagues.
Duties will include, but not exclusive to:

  • Reception Duties – Meeting and greeting our visitors, ensuring IDs are checked where appropriate
  • Answering telephone calls, establishing the nature of the communication, recording and informing the suitable member of the team
  • Provide Secretariat support to team meetings – minute taking and room preparation, where appropriate
  • Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring documents are stored appropriately
  • Reporting maintenance and cleaning issues to helpdesk
  • Performing weekly stock takes.
  • To establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision

Previous experience within administration is essential in addition to being able to communicate at all levels and the ability to remain calm. Full Training will be provided for this role.
Working Pattern:
This post is for 16 hours per week, Wednesday and Thursday plus an additional day to be agreed.
