Job Description

Responsibilities will include

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Cost analysis
• Job costings
• Working closely with supply chain, finance team & internal sales
• Help drive efficiencies
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Analysing costs against budgets and report on variance
• Provide finance support for the site
• Annual audit & tax computation support

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A confident character with the ability to liaise with non-finance staff
• Strong costing experience
• Manufacturing experience, used to forecasting against unpredictable costs (flexible workforce & materials costs against order books with short lead times).
• Self-sufficient (managing the entire process with limited admin support)
