Job Description

Good may sys Software is looking for an efficient, enthusiastic and energetic Business Consultants who has the passion to work in a challenging environment encompassing the new healthcare and recruitment portfolios. This role will include providing consulting services to our clients and carrying out the related responsibilities. You will also support our sales efforts to form business reviews and work with related stakeholders.

Location

At our office in Ilford (London) and also required to travel and work at client project sites anywhere in the UK.

Project Lead / Project Manager

Education Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • Master’s Degree in the relevant field (Required).
  • Proficiency with project management and CRM systems.
  • Well versed in current healthcare literature including Change management and Leadership Management
  • To be able to build rapport with a variety of people across diverse backgrounds.

Main Responsibilities

Own and lead the strategy of identifying, structuring and executing business growth for the next level of growth across the UK and Europe. Lead collaboration with Product Management Team to define and communicate the Company’s unique value propositions.

  • Build and maintain a productive and efficient team with the highest level of professionalism and entrepreneurial mindset. Support the project management of new product launches, ensuring compliance with local rules and regulations.
  • Reach out and engage the new clients while maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing clients; and also advising them about the importance of branding and developing their online portfolio, keeping in mind, their requirements on the chosen sector such as Healthcare, recruitment, etc.
  • Manage working relationships with relevant regulatory bodies, and liaise with regulators, auditors and banking partners. Provide expert guidance to other business functions across the group.
  • Contribute towards the development and management of company’s corporate objectives and liaise with market strategists and key stakeholders to generate leads in healthcare sector.
  • Manage competition and threats in the business with constant evaluation of strategic priorities. Understand, analyse and evaluate client requirements and business goals; keep in contact with them and establish a strong communication link as and when required.
  • Thoroughly identify each prospective client's current environment (Healthcare, Recruitment), requirements, expectations, and priorities and advise the concerned party in consensus with their strategic expectations.
  • Identify and prepare documents on functional requirements, information sources, distribution paths and system specifications. Seeking advice from the key leaders and report to the higher management.
  • Work closely with the management to identify problems concerned with business strategy, policy and organisation.
  • Analysing the current Business Landscape and advising best course of action for future growth.
  • Guide, supervise and collaborate with junior team members to build a strong and vibrant team of consultants.
  • Identifying risks in the Business strategies and formulating plans to mitigate the risks, using market and business intelligence based on statistical data models, and make reports to help management in decision making. Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Integrate best practices while evaluating business prospects, goals and objectives.
  • Lead team meetings and ensuring that the business team and clients are on the same page for the planned line of businesses. Capable of building, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders independently and bring in new opportunities where Goodmaysys can provide services to the clients.

Experience

  • Training will be provided for recent graduates.
  • However, upto one year of experience is desirable.

Working Hours

37.5 per week

Salary

£ 23,000.00 per annum. (Twenty Three Thousand British Pounds per annum)


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate other team members and boost productivity. Ability to handle client expectations in terms of project deliverables.
