This role is an ideal opportunity for an individual that has experience of working in an Administrative or Secretarial role, preferably in a healthcare setting. The role will initial be office based but will become a balance of office and home working.
We are looking for a candidate who has excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, along with effective IT skills, a good standard of administrative skills and ability to manage competing priorities within a busy team setting. You will work effectively as a part of the team but will also have ability to work on their own initiative with good understanding of information security & confidentiality.
This is a varied role and the candidate will play a vital role within the team, being first point of contact for our patients. They will also work closely with our Team to provide administrative help for the clinicians.
