Job Description

This role will require excellent attention to detail and will take full ownership of streamlining the existing royalties processes.

  • Identifying areas for improvement in existing royalties process and streamlining overall output
  • Reconciling master data and maintaining standard
  • Updating royalties on database and liaising with finance for updates on payment schedules
  • Interpreting contracts, clauses and statements alongside legal and advising on any discrepancies
  • Ensuring payments are made and allocated correctly

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • 3-4 years proven experience in royalties for a large organization or distributor.
  • Competent at interpreting legal contracts and clauses
  • Interest in working within a creative environment/TV
  • Available to start immediately
