Job Description

You must have excellent customer service and organizational skills and be happy to help with a variety of duties which may include supporting colleagues on the warehouse floor. Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry is critical. Taking ownership of the role will be the key to being successful in this position.

 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong team player
  • IT skills
  • Taking ownership of Google Documents and keeping them updated
  • Signing our hand held devices called Saturns in and out to drivers ensuring all Saturns are accounted for
  • Reporting and logging damaged Saturns so these can be fixed without delay
  • Keep depot system universe pots up to date
  • Strong customer service skills as you will be dealing face to face with customers who have come to the Depot to collect their parcels
  • Taking responsibility to resolve any customer queries satisfactorily
  • Demonstrate the core company DNA values of Passion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Hard Work and Accountability.
