We are looking for a Self Service Customer Data Administrator to partner with our Customer Self Service team to support revolutionizing our Chatbots and Customer Support Sites! The role is based out of our Milton Keynes head office working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday for 12 months. You will have the opportunity to take advantage of hybrid working which means you are in the office for 3 days and can work from somewhere else for 2 days.
You will work in conjunction with the Head of Customer Service to analyze data, identify trends, map processes, input data and make recommendations. The team's end goal is to create outstanding Self Service. Creating chatbots and support sites; giving customers access to resources to find solutions on their own without requiring assistance from a customer service agent. To achieve this goal the team needs a large amount of administrative support which is where this role comes in! This role is perfect for someone who is driven and loves to learn!
