You’ll be responsible for collating hiring requirements from the senior managers, adding vacancies to our recruitment system and job boards, screening direct applications, proactively CV searching and presenting a shortlist of suitable candidates to the hiring managers in a timely manner. You’ll liaise with the candidates, respond to any questions or queries, arrange interviews and deliver feedback ensuring the best candidate experience throughout the process. You'll also support the Recruitment Manager in the maintenance of our ATS, adding new job templates, updating processes in accordance to changing industry regulations and monitoring the performance our roles through reporting.
You’ll act as a brand ambassador for Signature, ensuring that all candidates have the best experience possible.
