  • Sales & Purchase Invoices via QuickBooks
  • Monthly financial report updates
  • Processing mileage & expenses
  • Posting monthly payroll & depreciation journals
  • Prepayments and accruals posting and management
  • Fixed assets processing and depreciation calculations
  • Updating profit and loss
  • Analyze expenditure
  • Intercompany invoicing
  • Year End accounts preparation / reconciliation
  • Analyze monthly invoicing against targets
  • Credit cards expenditure analysis and processing
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Petty cash maintenance

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Accounts experience essential.
  • Ideally in the construction industry.
  • Excel knowledge.
  • QuickBooks or similar
  • Good communication
  • Attention to detail
