Job Description
  • Assist with operational requests eg. new starters, new computers etc.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and provide details of our services and application forms
  • Process new applications and set up new project files
  • Review and log incoming customer documentation
  • Update and maintain data records
  • Edit reports, quotations and certificates
  • Scan documents and burn CDs
  • Manage electronic and paper filing for projects
  • Organize delegate lists and catering for meetings and seminars
  • Book meeting rooms / hospitality
  • Arrange travel, car hire and accommodation
  • Assist with maintaining and ordering stationery supplies
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Handle telephone calls

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good understanding of finance, invoicing and ability to calculate basic equations
  • Experience of logging and dealing with outstanding invoices and payments
  • Ability to process purchase requisitions
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and database systems
  • Comfortable using electronic filing system to create, maintain and invoice projects
  • Experience of running reports in Excel and BRE finance systems to reconcile figures and information, highlighting issues or anomalies
  • Minimum grade C or equivalent in GCSE Math and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
