Day-to-day you’ll support the HR Recruitment Advisor, managing the administration for multiple vacancies and assisting with the recruitment process: from sifting applications, conducting pre-employment checks and telephone interviews, through to keeping detailed records and making offers. You’ll keep candidates engaged throughout the process, providing advice, guidance and updates, and liaising with the wider team and working with specialist departments to assist with the onboarding of successful candidates.
You will have experience of working in a high volume, fast paced, complex recruitment environment with excellent organizational skills. You’ll be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office, and it would be advantageous if you had experience of using Oracle and e-recruitment systems, but this is not essential as training will be provided. You’ll be organized with great attention to detail and used to a varied workload and meeting strict deadlines without fail – being able to work to agreed targets and service level agreements is key to ensuring our process remains on track.
