This pivotal role will work directly with the Head of Projects to ensure the delivery of multiple projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of administration across the department. Project work will involve supporting on amongst other things, HR, IT, Communications and staff well-being projects. This is a very hands on role which is evolving so there is an opportunity to help shape how the Project team grows and develops. You will be responsible for four main areas;

The ideal candidate will be well organized with strong attention to detail. They will be able to multi task, use their initiative and have excellent interpersonal and IT skills. The successful applicant will be trained in the University’s change and continuous improvement methodology called Focus.
