Job Description
Working closely with our colleagues and customers face to face, on the phone and via email. So, we are looking for someone with initiative, customer service at the core of everything they do and who enjoys dealing with people to ensure the smooth running of the reception area and general site activities, in a professional manner. To meet and assist visitors, ensuring health and safety and security protocols. are observed at all times.
- Be responsible for the fire evacuation reception protocols.
- Issue Parking permits as required.
- Coordinate Pool car booking, company car driver’s insurance checks and paperwork.
- To arrange hotel, catering, and room bookings.
- Organize hire/off-hire of short-term rental vehicles.
- Manage and distribute security passes to staff and visitors
- To assist with the post room facility, send, receive inbound mail and distribute to addressees.
- Organize and distribute refreshments for organized meetings.
- Ensure windows are closed and secure at the end of the day.
- Ensure meeting areas are clean and suitable for use.
- Take charge of your personal development and contribute to the evaluation of performance in line with our core competencies and learning and development framework.
