Job Description

Candidates should be personable and committed to providing excellent customer service on behalf of the academy. As the first point of contact for parents and visitors, applicants must be a friendly, welcoming, professional face for our whole school community.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Our ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to remain calm in any situation, have a positive work ethic and co-do attitude. They will be a team player willing to support their colleagues and able to work on their own initiative. They must be able to model the values and ethos of the school to all stakeholders and remain professional at all times. The successful candidate will handle a substantial amount of school data which requires confidentiality at all times. Candidates must have at least English and Math GCSE with excellent verbal and written communication. They will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
