Job Description
  • Daily downloads of Bank statements and Open item matching, running the bank sweeps process.
  • Weekly and Monthly Cash Reporting & Forecasting
  • Payment processing for periodic and specific manual payments (Internal & External payments).
  • Processing Manual payments and Letter of Credit admin processes and payments
  • Processing of Intercompany Loan & Dividend Payments and related accounting entries.
  • Foreign Exchange monitoring and processing.
  • Processing of Cash receipts for Stores.
  • Preparation and completion of accurate monthly Balance Sheet and sub ledger account reconciliations.
  • Review undertaken with regard given to high quality documentation to verify balances and taking appropriate action to ensure assigned accounts are up to date, unreconciled items resolved and escalated for review.
  • Completion and accurate execution of controls per agreed timelines.
  • Documentation of processes in line with agreed policy to facilitate cover and continuity within Corporate Finance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The jobholder will be expected to work independently and use judgment and know how to consider impacts to the adjustments they are making and be able to highlight and escalate differences and follow through to resolution. An expectation of consistent, high-quality work is required always.

The role requires an element of independent judgment and decision making with a focus on collaboration and guidance. However, the post holder will be expected to use their own initiative to identify potential issues and escalate appropriately
