Responsibilities include:
- Partnering merchandising and retail operations teams.
- Accounting and reporting on stock counts and counts.
- Licensed goods approving and investigating - Comparing invoices and approving for payment. Speaking with stores, vendors, buying and merchandising to get confidence around matching.
- Stock adjustments - investigating and uploading adjustments as requested by stores, buying and merchandising teams. Performing store write offs (damages, theft and general stock loss).
- Supporting the Retail Accountants with admin and ad-hoc tasks.
- UK and Ireland stock transfers - uploading and investigating transfers as well as tracking all.
- Investigation of goods in transit and aged stock.
- Extraction of data for turnover certificates.
- Updates to incorrect/new stock item costing.
- Running cost reporting.
