Responsibilities include:

• Partnering merchandising and retail operations teams.
• Accounting and reporting on stock counts and counts.
• Licensed goods approving and investigating - Comparing invoices and approving for payment. Speaking with stores, vendors, buying and merchandising to get confidence around matching.
• Stock adjustments - investigating and uploading adjustments as requested by stores, buying and merchandising teams. Performing store write offs (damages, theft and general stock loss).
• Supporting the Retail Accountants with admin and ad-hoc tasks.
• UK and Ireland stock transfers - uploading and investigating transfers as well as tracking all.
• Investigation of goods in transit and aged stock.
• Extraction of data for turnover certificates.
• Updates to incorrect/new stock item costing.
• Running cost reporting.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• You'll be experienced in creating reports and performing financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS) is desirable.
• You'll have a proactive and solutions oriented mindset.
• You'll have strong project and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• You’ll be a commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
