Job Description
  • Raise, send and follow up on invoices
  • Processing of media purchase invoices
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies against budgets
  • Maintain projects register
  • Managing payroll for one entity
  • Assist with year-end/audit when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Hands-on and attention to detail approach
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of Sage - desirable (not essential)
  • Strong level of Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of IFRS Standards
  • Understanding of VAT rules and regulations
  • You'll need to know the basics of all aspects of Finance and Accounting
  • Understanding and ability to work with multi-currencies
  • 2 years+ accounts experience, preferably in an agency environment or SME.
  • Experience preparing payroll would be a particular advantage.
