The role is working 20 hours per week. You'll be a vital part of their busy Finance Team, working with Account Managers and the Finance Manager to ensure smooth finance processes throughout the agency.
Raise, send and follow up on invoices
Processing of media purchase invoices
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies against budgets
Maintain projects register
Managing payroll for one entity
Assist with year-end/audit when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hands-on and attention to detail approach
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
Excellent communication skills
Experience of Sage - desirable (not essential)
Strong level of Microsoft Excel
Understanding of IFRS Standards
Understanding of VAT rules and regulations
You'll need to know the basics of all aspects of Finance and Accounting
Understanding and ability to work with multi-currencies
2 years+ accounts experience, preferably in an agency environment or SME.
Experience preparing payroll would be a particular advantage.
