Temp role 6 weeks work.
Duties include: Working within a manufacturing department carrying out Data Processing in excel, Reception duties, processing sales orders and sending out Sales Order Acknowledgements.
Front end first point of contact for internal and external customer enquiries and orders, and be able to check stock availability in order to process sales orders. Assisting in Purchase Ledger processing. Setting up job numbers following sales order acknowledgements and maintaining log within excel. Assisting with general customer enquiries and production updates in relation to OTIF delivery. Process annual leave requests. Process in good time all time sheets for Manufacturing and Automation Staff. Initial contact on site for all incoming calls - light reception duties, handing incoming mail. Assist business Manager with implementation of Lean Manufacture and contract review. Assist the Business Manager with financial and operational data analysis. Assist the Business Manager in relation to ad hoc project work relation to Lean Manufacture and continuous improvement objectives. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a demanding environment with tight deadlines. Assist the Business Manager with Stock taking and ad-hoc month end information request and financial processing.
Skills Required: Excel Proficient, Good Telephone Manner, Some understanding of Sales
Qualifications / Experience / Certification Required: Solid understanding of Excel. Reception Experience.

Full time hours Monday to Friday. 37 hours per week.
