  • Manage filing both electronic and hard copies
  • Booking audits
  • Managing audit findings; liaising with section representative/s
  • Data input into databases
  • Answering questions/queries by telephone, Skype, email and in person
  • Managing First Aid at Work training, records and risk assessment
  • Act as minute secretary to several meetings
  • Assist, prepare and publish monthly newsletter

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Computer skills are essential, with experience of computer programs. Knowledge/experience of SharePoint and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable as the holder will have to input data onto the Accident and Management registers. Experience in record keeping is also highly desirable in both paper and electronic format. The role consist of managing SharePoint, Intranet pages and the office diaries.
