As the first Finance Manager in the team, you will own the company's Finance function - from producing reports to building analysis of new investments and corporate projects, and prepare insights and presentations to the Board members and Investors. Please NOTE: This is a 4-day week role initially, with the possibility of becoming full-time later.
Specifically your responsibilities will include:
Work closely with the COO and CEO and help in managing current Investor relations
Produce financial reports related to budgets and forecasts, fund raising, cash flow, account payables and receivables, and contribute to the regular monthly reporting in collaboration with the COO and group management
Support and assist in presentations of the businesses progress, including all activities and results
Ad-hoc work revolving around analysis of new investments and corporate projects
Data room management
Liaising with external agents, auditors and tax agents
Be able to manage existing and develop new relationships with businesses, via clear communication

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
3+ years of experience in a Finance Management role at a SaaS or Fintech company Strong experience in C-level stakeholder management and development of an effective operating model and fundraising materials Deep understanding of financial services including asset management/ wealth management experience An interest to become part of a team and fully get behind the product and values of ALPIMA Passion for playing a pivotal role in solving problems and building efficient internal processes for a growing company Accounting qualification Interest in working part-time (4 days / week)
