Job Description

You will be responsible for all administrative support to the senior management team, where you will be self-sufficient, able to find solutions for the team and wider business and manage all email and telephone correspondence and diary management. The role is crucial to the operations of the business, so is really suited to candidates with impeccable attention to detail and with a joy for a challenge!

We are looking for a confident and assured candidate, with solid administration experience, as they will be responsible for managing highly important administrative tasks, such as business contracts, and will also be heavily involved in supporting vetting processes.
Our client really needs a candidate who is self-motivated, independent and able to take ownership of a number of important processes within the business, as well as more straight forward transactional office administration.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Highly Intelligent with excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
  • A track record of excelling within an administrative role
  • Extremely self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage a workload
  • A background (or genuine interest) in the MOD or aviation would definitely be a benefit but certainly not a must
