Job Description

We are looking for a part time bookkeeper (two days per week) to complement the existing team. It is a new role and will be working alongside one other Director and another part time bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 year’s financial experience and a relevant bookkeeping qualification.

This is a fantastic role and will require someone to commit to work two days per week and work closely with the Finance team.

Your role will include maintaining all business accounting records using Xero and day to day you will prepare management accounts for review, VAT reports and any client reporting. In addition you will maintain Fixed Asset Registers and generate invoices liaise with auditors and handle internal recharging and team expenses. This is a varied role and include a requirement for you to make client payments, monitor and reconcile client accounts, create financial reports, check and authorize payments and reconcile bank accounts. Other duties will apply and there is scope to grow and gain further experience as the business grows.

This is a small and friendly team who require someone who has good relevant finance experience, a relevant qualification and who is also a team player and flexible.
