Job Description

We are looking to appoint a motivated, creative and experienced professional who is keen to make a significant impact in their role. The successful candidate will join a team that shapes a new approach to business administration and are helping to build on our reputation and international reach.

You will line manage a team of programme administrators and provide comprehensive end-to-end administrative processes. We are looking for a highly competent individual with experience of working within programme administration, capable of managing and motivating a team whilst embracing and enabling change. You should be well organized, creative and have strong experience of using databases to maintain and retrieve data. You should have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on attention to detail and high-quality output.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience of line management, along with leading and developing administrative processes
  • Data analysis and reporting experience
