Job Description

You will carry out administration, customer service and housekeeping functions relating to our service. You will be part of a team that supports people who are homeless. This post is being offered as a temporary position because we are in a period of change and will soon be changing the structure of our services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of providing administrative support including general office duties and maintaining accurate records 
  • Experience of providing customer service, with a commitment to deliver the highest standard of customer care
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills with the ability to successfully manage a busy and diverse workload 
  • Ability to use own initiative to contribute to the effective running of the service and to work flexibly as part of a team
