Improve financial performance through management of corporate income tax obligations.
Be the first point-of-contact for countries, working with our wider country tax team and advisors, monitoring corporate tax compliance and reporting in those countries, as well as assisting with controversy and advisory related matters.
Coordinate with our Tax team on quarterly and year-end tax provision and reporting.
Keep up to date with tax issues and changes in relevant territories.
Assist in Transfer Pricing matters, such as preparation of Local Files
Participate in a wide range of analysis such as acquisition due diligence, trademark and licensing, researching tax implications of new business initiatives and tax advisory projects.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Professional “can do” work ethic, with the ability to handle conflicting tasks
Enjoy building relationships and collaborating in a multi-team environment
Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as work cooperatively with all levels of management and employees
Bachelor’s degree in tax, accounting, finance or related field required
3+ years of experience in tax or accounting
Superior organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention given to details and deadlines
