You have responsibility for National Broker accounts and multinational insurance programs which involves numerous client facing activities, requiring you to build strong business relationships with internal departments, brokers, insurance companies and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
You will perform daily credit controller tasks and raise issues of problematic accounts to the Credit Control Team Leader and work towards delivery of agreed monthly targets, reducing the overall aged debt, unapplied and unallocated cash.
You will identify potential credit risk and work with internal teams to ensure highlight early warning signs to protect Chubb cash flow.
In conjunction with the Team Leader we ask you to review the ledger on a regular basis in order to manage workload, provide regular updates on progress and raise any potential issues.
We encourage you to suggest operational improvements to your manager, document and implement changes ensuring adherence throughout the team.
You work with and support the CC offshore teams as and when required, Quality check and offer assistance and/or training if required.
We have an expectation that you will organise regular internal and external stakeholder meetings to review ledgers and resolve outstanding queries whilst adhering to Chubb procedures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We are looking for an experienced Credit control professional who has operated in a senior credit control role, alternatively suited to a strong credit controller who is looking to take the next step in their development. Previous experience of working in financial services, preferably within an insurance environment. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point e.g. the ability to analyse large databases and build pivot reports from these is essential. You are customer Service orientated, self-motivated, can work independently and have commercial acumen. You bring demonstrable ability to communicate consistently and effectively with people at all levels and have a high orientation to on-time delivery. You have a consistent record of meeting deadlines and experience working with National Brokers and Multinational Programs is preferred.
