The Role:

Working within prestigious client homes you will:

Carry out a range of remedial works

Ensure all works carried out are accepted by the client and are completed in a highly professional manner

Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Be a champion and a face for the company

Communicate and with and champion contractors and suppliers

Carry out Home Demonstrations

The Candidate

You will be a multi-skilled tradesman with an eye for detail

Have experience of a similar role with another developer

Experience of carrying out professional Homes Demonstrations prior to legal completion and organising the completion of any items agreed before handover

Able tor travel up to 45 minutes from Croydon

Driving Licence
