The successful candidate will looking after a monthly rent roll in excess of £750,000 and be proactively contacting tenants via telephone and email to ensure accounts stay up to date. Posting and allocating rent receipts, banking of cheques, issuing rent demands, reconciling tenant accounts, dealing with copy invoices and statements and managing all related finance administration and record keeping.
It is likely that you will have 3 years experience in credit control. Property experience, either B2B or B2C could be advantageous although the client are open minded! A solid career history and good personality fit are more important than industry exposure.
Due to the current COVID restrictions the Credit Controller will initially be home-based although it will return to the office eventually - unlikely for a couple of months at least. Training will be provided both via MS Teams and occasionally at the office.
