Job Description
  • Support the smooth running of the school by providing general clerical and administrative support as required
  • To be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the school
  • To liaise and communicate effectively with students, staff, governors, parents and outside agencies
  • Prepare and maintain manual and computerized data records
  • To assist with the monitoring and maintenance of stock

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of working within an administrative role
  • Professional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Good general standard of education (GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths) and IT proficiency
