Job Description

The Accounts Assistant will work closely with the Financial Controller and be a main point of contact within the business for all Finance related matters.

The business is fast paced, fun and growing at a rapid speed. I am looking for the ideal candidate who is really looking for career progression within a short period of time. You must be ambitious, hardworking and have a passion for Transactional Accounting and Finance.

You will gain exposure in:

• Accruals and Prepayments
• Working in multi-currency
• Currency conversion
• Month end reconciliation
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Journal entries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Bank Reconciliations
• Sales Ledger
• Purchase Ledger
• Processing Invoices
• Raising invoices
• Excel – pivot tables and v-look ups
