Job Description
You will undertake all administrative and reception activities required along with providing excellent customer care to patients and visitors attending the Centre.
- Work closely with consultants and secretaries to provide support in the patient pathway.
- Appropriately direct all incoming calls and participate in all reception duties
- Collaborate with our colleagues ensure consistent cover for the Centre’s reception.
- Liaise with insurance companies to ensure all insurance cover is verified.
- Liaise with consultants, secretaries, radiographers and nursing staff regarding new patient and review clinics, follow-up clinics and during treatment courses.
- Act as point of contact for all patients ensuring a professional and efficient service.
