Job Description
The successful applicant will be a key team player as this varied role involves coordinating the activities, spreadsheets & case notes for members of this department alongside maintaining case files as necessary. In addition, you will be responsible for all general admin functions within the office to ensure everything runs smoothly!
Responsibilities will include:-
- Providing admin support to members of the small in-house legal & compliance team including typing up letters, documents & correspondence
- First point of contact over the phone, setting up, arranging & attending meetings, taking notes & distributing
- Assisting with investigating cases, undertaking regular compliance reporting & internal audit functions
- Gather data, prepare & submit monthly reports to group & senior leadership teams
- Organize all general office functions
